ERCHAM is developing a patent-pending hybrid gaming and productivity controller that combines a programmable keypad, integrated mouse control, and ambidextrous ergonomic design into a single one-handed device. The project was created after founder Joseph Tomasulo lost the use of his right arm and discovered there was no true one-handed PC gaming solution that offered both full movement and aiming control in one device. Existing accessibility hardware is fragmented, expensive, or limited in capability. ERCHAM aims to change that. The mission is to create a scalable, premium-quality adaptive input platform that restores access to gaming and computing for: amputees, gamers with mobility limitations, RSI and nerve injury users, and anyone seeking more ergonomic, efficient control systems. Funding will advance: engineering refinement, physical prototype development, ergonomics validation, firmware and PCB integration, manufacturing readiness, and preparation for crowdfunding and commercial launch. ERCHAM is accessibility-first hardware designed not as a medical device, but as a competitive, modern gaming peripheral built for everyone.
